Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated QA Manual Tester / Software Tester to help maintain and improve the quality of our software products. This role involves developing and executing manual test plans to ensure the reliability, functionality, and user experience of our software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze product specifications to create thorough and effective test plans.
• Conduct manual tests, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Update and improve test cases as products and requirements evolve.
• Suggest process enhancements to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and thorough documentation of both new and existing features.
• Contribute to product quality, user experience, and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in a tech or software setting.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, test case development, and defect tracking.
• Experience with API testing and SQL for database validation.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
• Experience in Trello, BrowserStack, Litmus, PageSpeed, Dev Tools, Postman, SQL Query, Schema, SEO Meta, Lightshot, Measuremate (web tool).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity tools and GitHub is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• With AI background is a plus (experience testing AI tools, AI-based features, AI APIs, or automation workflows).
