About the Role

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling and experienced in using AI-powered creative tools to streamline and enhance video production. The ideal candidate combines strong editing fundamentals with knowledge of modern AI-assisted workflows for video editing, motion graphics, audio enhancement, content repurposing, and automation.

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and branded content while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and production quality.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for video enhancement, automated editing, caption generation, voice cleanup, motion tracking, and content repurposing.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to produce compelling visual content.
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Manage video assets, organize project files, and maintain efficient editing workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, video trends, and digital content strategies.
• Assist with script visualization, AI voiceovers, AI avatars, and automated content generation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, Film Production, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor or Multimedia Content Creator.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, storytelling, and creative content production skills.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as:
  • Runway ML
  • Descript
  • Adobe Firefly
  • ChatGPT
  • Midjourney
  • Synthesia
  • CapCut AI
  • ElevenLabs
  • Canva AI
  • Opus Clip or similar AI video automation tools
• Solid understanding of video production techniques, pacing, timing, color correction, audio editing, and continuity.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and AI-assisted content generation workflows.
• Knowledge of social media video trends and short-form content optimization.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, and storytelling ability.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new AI technologies and digital content tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced creative environment.
